2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Name, email address, password, and organization details
• Payment Information: Billing address and payment method details (processed securely through Stripe)
• Content Data: Text you check with the AI detector while signed in, through the API or through the MCP server, together with the result; and text you submit to the humanizer, together with the rewritten result, including free demo runs made without an account. Text checked in the free detector demo is not saved.
• Communications: Messages you send us through contact forms or support channels

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and interaction patterns
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers. We use your IP address to count free demo uses, and it is stored with humanizer runs made without an account.
• Cookies and Tracking: Only with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel). See our Cookie Policy.

• Provide, maintain, and improve our AI detection Service
• Process your content through our AI detection algorithms

4. Data Retention

What we keep depends on how you use the Service:

• Free detector demo: the text is analysed and not saved. We keep a count of demo uses per IP address to enforce the free limit, with no fixed end date; you can ask us to erase it.
• Detection while signed in, through the API or through the MCP server: the text and its result are saved to your account history. Deleting a scan from your history hides it from you, but the stored copy is kept until your account is deleted or you ask us to erase it.
• Humanizer: the text you submit and the rewritten result are saved for every run. Runs made with an account are kept until your account is deleted or you ask us to erase them. Free demo runs made without an account are stored with your IP address until you ask us to erase them.
• Account information: retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Deleting your account deletes the scans and humanizer runs saved to it.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., Stripe for payments, SendGrid for emails)
• Analytics and Advertising Partners: Only if you accept the matching cookies: Google (Analytics and Ads), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (Pixel). You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the site footer.
• Fonts: Our pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser details when a page loads. This happens without cookies and does not depend on your cookie choice.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• With Your Consent: When you explicitly agree to share your information

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, and access controls.
